subject to Council confirmation:

Harvey Clemons, Jr., reappointment to Position Two, for a term to expire July 20, 2020, and to serve as Chair for a term ending December 31, 2018;

Eleanor D. Jones, reappointment to Position Four, for a term to expire July 20, 2020;

Edwina B. Loche Barrett, reappointment to Position Six, for a term to expire July 20, 2020;

and

Allison Hay, appointment to Position Seven, for a term to expire July 20, 2019.

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Fifth Ward Redevelopment Authority, appointment of a director to the Board of Directors of this Zone will also constitute appointment of the director to the corresponding position on the Board of Directors of the Authority for the same term.
