RECOMMENDATION: (Summary) It is recommended City Council approve an ordinance authorizing the sale and conveyance of a 20 foot-wide sanitary sewer easement, in exchange for a consideration of $2,200.00, located within Allison-Richey's Gulf Coast Home Company Suburban Garden Subdivision Section H, out of the James Hamilton Survey, A-882. Parcel SY18-043
SPECIFIC EXPLANATION:
Ralph Abercia, President of Inderra Builders, Inc., requested the sale and conveyance of a 20 foot-wide sanitary sewer easement, located within Allison-Richey's Gulf Coast Home Company Suburban Garden Subdivision Section H, out of the James Hamilton Survey, A-882. The applicant plans to construct a 3 inch sanitary sewer force main line that will run from the applicant's property under the City's parcel to Hycohen Road. The applicant plans to construct a gated 39 unit townhome community. The Joint Referral Committee reviewed and approved the request. Inderra Builders, Inc. has complied with the transaction requirements and has accepted the City’s offer.
