The contractor, Clark Design/Build, LLC, has completed all the work required under their contract for the Design and Construction of Roof Repairs, Moving Walkways and FIS Elevators in Terminal D at George Bush Intercontinental Airport/Houston (IAH). During construction, the project was managed and inspected by Houston Airport System (HAS) personnel.
The final contract amount, including Change Orders 1 and 2, is $22,309,232.64, which is 8.04% under the original contract amount.
Clark Design/Build, LLC achieved 21.3% M/WBE participation on an 11% goal, attaining an “Outstanding” rating.
Pierce Goodwin Alexander & Linville, Inc. (PGAL) was the project design consultant.
