Pursuant to Section 2-277 of the City of Houston Code of Ordinances, I am pleased to appoint Mr. Dale Rudick, P.E., as Director of the Department of Public Works and Engineering, subject to Council confirmation. His resume is attached. I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know that I am naming Mr. Rudick the Acting Director of the Department of Public Works and Engineering until such time as he is confirmed. |
