| | | | | | | | Background:
The City of Houston and CY-CHAMP PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT (the "District") entered into a Sanitary Sewer Service Agreement (the "Agreement") on October 7, 2009 to provide for wastewater treatment and disposal of waste collection. The District has recently added 40.186 acres of land to its boundaries and requests that the current Agreement be amended to include the additional land. The amendment also defines the point measurement for consistency in the Agreement.
Approval of the First Amendment to a Sanitary Sewer Service Agreement between the City of Houston and CY-CHAMP PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT is requested.
