The Houston Parks and Recreation Department requests that City Council accept into the City of Houston Art Collection the sculpture “High Plains Drifter” by Peter Reginato.
Originally installed at Allen Center in 1974, the sculpture was created for a national competition arranged by the Allen Center for sculptors under the age of 40 chosen upon the recommendation of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
