SPECIFIC EXPLANATION: Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 19 has petitioned the City of Houston for consent to add 2.3740 acres, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City, to the district.

Potable water is provided by the district. By executing the Petition for Consent, the district has acknowledged that all plans for the construction of water conveyance, wastewater collection, and storm water collection systems within the district must be approved by the City of Houston prior to their construction.
