RECOMMENDATION from Director General Services Department that City Council declare surplus and authorize the sealed bid sale of the following properties:

Parcel SY15-065        Channelside St. @Fennell St., 77012              DISTRICT E - MARTIN

The Department of Public Works and Engineering has determined that Parcels SY17-036 and SY15-065, described below, are surplus to their needs.  All City departments with land needs have been canvassed and have indicated no interest in the properties.

Therefore, the General Services Department recommends that City Council declare Parcels SY17-036 and SY15-065 as surplus to the needs of the City and available for sale; subject to the City’s billboard restrictions, all easements, all public utilities and the applicable covenants, conditions and restrictions.
