RECOMMENDATION: (Summary) It is recommended City Council approve an ordinance authorizing the sale of a 20 foot-wide sanitary sewer easement, in exchange for a consideration of $2,800.00 minimum fee, located within the Willowbrook Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, Block 2, Restricted Reserve B, out of the W.H. York Survey, A-943. Parcel SY17-025
SPECIFIC EXPLANATION: Carolyn Comer, LJA Engineering, 1904 W. Grand Parkway North, Suite 100, Katy, Texas on behalf of TOC Properties, LLC (E.J. Gaiennie, President) requested to acquire from the City a 20 foot-wide sanitary sewer easement, located within the Willowbrook Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, Block 2, Restricted Reserve B, out of the W.H. York Survey, A-943. TOC Properties, LLC requires the sanitary sewer easement to accommodate its wastewater needs associated with construction of an office building on its adjacent property. The Joint Referral Committee reviewed and approved this request.
TOC Properties, LLC has complied with the transaction requirements, has accepted the City's offer, and has rendered payment in full.
