SPECIFIC EXPLANATION: 3D Development Holdings, LLC, (Charles Dunstan, Managing Member) requested the abandonment and sale of a 10 foot-wide prescriptive water line easement, out of the Chauncey Goodrich Survey, A-306. The tract of land is the site of a demolished K-Mart shopping center. The new development is planned to be a new Family Dollar store.
3D Development Holdings, LLC, has completed the transaction requirements, has accepted the City's offer, and has rendered payment in full.
The City will abandon and sell to 3D Development Holdings, LLC:

2,286 square feet of water line easement $5,715.00
Valued at $5.00 per square foot x 50%
TOTAL ABANDONMENT AND SALE $5,715.00
