It is recommended that City Council approve a pipeline permit pursuant to the provisions of Article IX of Chapter 40 of the Code of Ordinances, authorizing Enterprise Houston Ship Channel, L.P., a Limited Partnership Company to construct, operate, maintain, improve, repair and replace one new pipeline for the underground transportation of materials under portions of certain street rights of way in the City, as listed below and more specifically detailed in the permit ordinance:

Enterprise Houston Ship Channel, L.P., submitted the initial required application permit fee of $2,236.45 plus $1,118.23 per pipeline for a total of $3,354.68. A fee of $1,118.23, plus any consumer price index (CPI) increases is due and payable January 1 of each year during the term of this permit ordinance. The permit is for 30 years.
