The Director of the Finance Department recommends that City Council approve an ordinance authorizing the appropriation of $4,939,517.59 out of the Contributed Capital Project Fund (Fund 4515). Contributed funds to Fund 4515 were transferred from the General Fund that originally housed the Council District Service funds for the completion of capital projects.
The appropriation will be for various Council District Service Fund capital projects that have or will be executed by PWE such as sidewalks, street improvements, and neighborhood traffic management program items.

There is no estimated impact to the operating budget.
